The same series has been heavily rumoured to be filming at Halifax's Piece Hall this year as well.
Online reports have linked Grass Fed Productions to Marvel Studios, which is owned by Disney.
Filming is scheduled to take place in Bond Court and Alexander Street over one day on Sunday January 23, from 8am until 6pm.
The area will be prepared on the Friday and Saturday beforehand.
During filming, a road closure will be put in place on Russell Street and Alexander Street.
The production team wrote in a letter addressed to residents: "Our main filming activity will be taking place on Bond Court but some filming also taking place inside the Gusto Alleyway (running between Greek Street and Bond Court), Greek Street and Alexander Street.
"We have been liaising with Leeds City Council and the Highways Department regarding this shoot and this letter offers the opportunity to get in touch and let me know of any concerns you may have in relation to our works."
The letter goes on to say that Disney will be taking "all necessary Covid precaution measures."
There will be temporary parking suspensions on loading bays along East Parade, and the pay and display bays along St Pauls Street, Bedford Street, South Parade and Alexander Street.
The production will then shoot in The Piece Hall in Halifax, from Monday, January 24 until Monday, January 31.
