Delhi man living in Canada says quitting Indian food helped him stay fit and workout longer; he eats four meals a day including 150 grams of protein and stays on a calorie deficit now

A Delhi man living in Canada says quitting Indian food changed how his body looks and how long he can train. Banshdeep Singh stopped cooking, buying and eating Indian food about 1.5 years ago. “After that decision, I am in the best shape of my life,” he wrote in his video.

Singh runs his day on four fixed meals, more than 150 grams of protein and a steady calorie deficit. The claim has pulled in thousands of reactions online, with some users backing his experience and others pushing back hard against it.
