Colorado’s hotly anticipated rivalry game with Colorado State on Saturday night came with a really cool moment on the sideline for the Sanders family.
During the game’s electric first quarter, Buffaloes safety Shilo Sanders came away with a crucial pick-six that helped Colorado get on the board for the game’s first touchdown.
It was an outstanding play for Shilo Sanders, one that shows just how talented the entire family is on the gridiron.
With his brother Shedeur Sanders behind center and his dad Deion Sanders coaching the team, Colorado is a family affair for the Sanders.
After Shilo Sanders’ big play, he and his dad Deion shared in a really cool moment together where Coach Prime got to encourage his son after sparking such a huge score for Colorado.

The Sanders family has already brought so much to Colorado, and it’s neat to see them get to soak in this moment together as the Buffaloes have already established themselves as one of the more formidable teams in the sport.
We bet we’ll see plenty more great scenes like this for the Sanders family as the season continues out in Boulder, but this one feels really special.
