Dancing On Ice fans spotted Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu's fuming reaction as she found herself in the first skate-off of the series.
The ITV1 show returned this evening, with six couples - Michelle Heaton and Łukasz Różycki, Joey Essex and Vanessa Bauer, Patsy Palmer and Matt Evers, Nile Wilson and Olivia Smart, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Brendyn Hatfield and Siva Kaneswaran and Klabera Komini - all taking to the ice for their skating debut before five more celebrities skate next week.
In shocking scenes, Love Island star Ekin-Su ended up in the skate-off, where she will go head to head with whoever finds themselves at the bottom of the leaderboard during next week's show.
Fans of the ITV1 show noticed Ekin-Su's "shocked" and "fuming" face as she found out her fate.
One wrote: "I love Ekin su her face been in the bottom two #dancingonice," as a second viewer of the show penned online: " #DancingOnIce well I wasn’t expecting that. Her face spoke soooo many silent words. #chinUp."
A third said: "Genuinely no idea who the woman in the bottom 2 of #DancingOnIce is but, oh my she was fuming she didn’t go through," with a fourth writing: "Disappointed Ekin broke my little heart #dancingonice."
"Ekin Su in the skate off?! Wtf!!! Justice for our queen!!! @ekinsuofficial #DancingOnIce," another viewer wrote, whilst a sixth penned: "OMG laughing so much at Ekin-Su's shock and confusion, and Davide clearly mouthing WTF #dancingonice."
A seventh added as they gave their verdict: "Na Ekin Su did not deserve to be in bottom 2. It’s defo a popularity contest and it’s hard to win it when the main audience are middle aged women #DancingOnIce."
Ekin-Su previously revealed she could see herself winning the programme one day.
"Yes I am, otherwise I’m not doing it. I don’t mind going home early but my mind doesn’t work like that. If I’m doing it, I’m putting 100% in. I’m going to believe in myself, I believe in myself so much," she said.
"I’m really competitive and I used to ice-skate when I was a little girl - I did a show when I was six or seven and then I started doing ballet. I’ve always had a performance side in my blood and I do think Dancing on Ice will be hard but it’s an opportunity to show a different audience a side to me. I think I’d be good and I can see myself winning it."
