Two people were taken to hospital after a crash in Bristol this morning (Friday, July 8). Emergency services attended the scene in Brislington where fire crews from Hicks Gate, Bedminster and Temple stabilised the two vehicles involved, according to Avon Fire and Rescue.
A statement from the fire service, which listed the location as Scotland Farm, said: "Crews from Hicks Gate, Bedminster and Temple were called to reports of a road traffic collision (RTC) involving two vehicles. On arrival, firefighters stabilised the vehicles and made the scene safe.
"Crews provided trauma care to two casualties, both injured were later transported to hospital via ambulance."

South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) confirmed that two people injured in the crash were taken to Bristol Royal Infirmary. In a statement, a spokesperson for the Trust (SWASFT) said: “We were called at 06:04hrs to a road traffic collision in Brislington.
"We sent two double-crewed land ambulances and an operations officer and conveyed two patients by land ambulances to Bristol Royal Infirmary.” The ambulance service did not state if either of their injuries are believed to be serious.
