The most common Covid-19 Omicron symptom experienced by children is a headache, parents have said in response to a survey.
Other common symptoms include a cold and tiredness, according to the Manchester Evening News.
It asked parents and carers what what the main symptoms their children had experienced with the virus on its Manchester Family Facebook
The NHS still lists the three main symptoms of Covid-19 as a new continuous cough, raised temperature and a loss of taste/smell.
But parents who responded to the MEN's survey reported a host of other symptoms their children had - with some saying their children had been poorly with a cough, raised temperature and tummy aches, and others having no symptoms, despite testing positive.

The number of infants hospitalised with Covid in the UK has risen during the Omicron wave, although experts have stressed most cases are very mild.
Data published by the Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE) on Friday revealed that in previous Covid waves about 30 per cent of children in hospital with the virus were under the age of one, but between mid-December and mid-January, that figure rose to 42 per cent.
They point out that 'the severity of disease for children remains low', adding: "For the small number of children who do attend hospital, the length of stay is typically short and where they stay overnight it is often to allow for screening for other infections."
Northern Ireland GP Dr Laurence Dorman has offered some advice to parents on how Omicron symptoms could show in children amid a rise in coronavirus and related school absences, reports Belfast Live.
Dr Dorman, a GP at Mourne Family Surgery in Kilkeel and Chair of the Royal College of Practitioners in Northern Ireland, warned of tiredness, headache and a high temperature.
"The symptoms are different in children and with this new variant, some people are reporting more coryza, the medical term for cold-like symptoms, rather than flu," he said.
"Coryza is more runny noses and less serious symptoms whereas we know from the very first Alpha wave that people were presenting with more classic flu symptoms and were aching and sore.
"It's very difficult with children as temperatures can be quite common in that age group. The big thing we ask people to do is to trust their instincts. Parents know their children well and they know when they're not well.
"The guidelines are still the same in terms of symptoms - a high temperature, new continuous cough or a loss of taste and smell. While some of these have changed, it's worth keeping track of them.
