Council pays tribute to 'inseparable' teenage lads tragically killed in Morpeth car crash

Northumberland councillors have paid tribute to two teenage boys who were tragically killed in a car crash in Morpeth.

Best friends Riley Hedley, 17, and Mikey Easton, 16, died following a collision on the A196 near Coopies Way on March 12.

The best friends were described as "inseparable" by their families and were said to be so close they "could have been brothers" after growing up together.
