William Roache has stunned fans with his appearance on This Morning today (April 21).
The Coronation Street legend has played Ken Barlow on the ITV show since the very first episode in 1960. He has been a mainstay on the cobbles ever since and holds the Guinness World Record for the longest serving television star in a continuous role.
Interviewed by Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on Thursday's edition of ITV's flagship daytime programme as he prepares to celebrate his 90th birthday later this month. William will reach the milestone age on April 25 and viewers following the show on Twitter were amazed by his youthful appearance.

Liam said: "90 b****y years old? I want whatever he's drinking" Dave added: "Bill Roache looks fantastic for 90!"
Elizabeth commented: "Bill Roache looks amazing" Steve messaged: "Bill Roache, what a legend... and still so youthful, all the other older guys could only wish to be him."
Estella tweeted : "Bill Roache looks b****y amazing for someone who’s just turned 90!"
William revealed the secrets to how he has aged so well and said he still exercises at least once a week. He also issued an update on his Coronation Street future and said he has no plans of retiring.
He added: "While I can do it and while they want me, I'll be there. Aging is a belief system to a large extent. Keep going."
