Property experts have confirmed there is a certain colour front door which seems to be helping homes across Liverpool sell.
Window and door retailer Safestyle found that homes in Liverpool with a navy blue front door sell for approximately 31% more than the regional property price average.
James Smith, property expert from estate agents Richardson and Smith, said: "Whether you have a new build or a period property, we often find that coloured front doors in bold, striking shades such as red or black help to improve kerb appeal as they create a stronger first impression and add stylistic features to a property."
