Sometimes I think people like sports personality Colin Cowherd make outlandish claims just to get a reaction from fans. This is what we think Cowherd is doing now at the expense of the hearts and minds of the Pittsburgh Steelers faithful.
Cowherd offered up the most ridiculous trade scenario for the Steelers under the guise of helping the team. Cowherd’s mock trade free to be mocked would land the Steelers the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NFL draft.

I’ve seen some nonsense trade ideas before but this one takes the cake. Cowher is a Southern California guy so it only makes sense that he is going to be all-in on Williams. And no doubt he’s an amazing prospect and would be the top quarterback in any of the last three drafts. But there’s no way any sane person would offer up this level of talent for a draft pick.
