Coldplay fans reckon the band's new music video includes a hint that the stadium rock megastars will be playing Cardiff's Principality Stadium in 2023. The music video opens with a sweeping shot of a cityscape before cutting to a hectic montage of the song being performed during the Music of the Spheres tour, which is currently underway.
The opening shots of the video for the song Humankind include blink-and-you'll-miss-them images including the names of a number of cities including Manchester, Zurich, and - most importantly - Cardiff. Fans on Twitter have started putting together a list of the locations mentioned:
Most notably, though, Cardiff doesn't just get a passing mention - the Principality Stadium is actually named in an even more cryptic clue. When the band released the Music of the Spheres album in 2021, they teased it via a series of clues in a made-up language - Kaotican.
