Coffee Prices Mixed as Robusta Posts a Record High on Tight Supplies

March arabica coffee (KCH24) on Wednesday closed down -11.80 (-5.83%), and Jan ICE robusta coffee (RMF24) closed up +47 (+1.59%).

Coffee prices Wednesday settled mixed, with robusta posting an all-time high.   Arabica coffee plunged Wednesday after forecasts for rain in Brazil sparked long liquidation pressures in arabica coffee futures.  On Wednesday, Climatempo said that Brazil's coffee-growing regions will get intense rain this week and more widespread rain later this month.
