Cleaning whizz praises product that finally gets two-year-old stain out of carpet

Sometimes, getting stains out of material can feel like an impossible task - especially if it's baked in and has been there for years.

If it's in a carpet, you may have strategically placed the coffee table in a different place after the spillage occurred, but one cleaning guru has claimed that you don't need to do that any longer, after she said a product left her "amazed" when it removed a two-year-old stain from her carpet.

TikTok user @cardkongbei captioned her video: "What I'm sharing is all-purpose stain-removing soap." She also signposted people to the fact she'd purchased it from Amazon.

She said that it was a cleaning product people "absolutely need", as she removed stains with it on camera.

The cleaning whizz said she wanted to try it after she'd noticed its 20,000 five-star reviews on Amazon.

She said: "It immediately removed a two-year stain from my carpet, so I wanted to try it on some other stuff", as she can be seen scrubbing dirty white socks until they gleam and look as good as new again.

"I've had a really hard time getting these leftover food stains out of my son's clothes", she shared, whilst scrubbing all the residue away with the seemingly miraculous product.

She even tried the product on trainers, leaving them sparkling white again.

In the comments, someone shared that the product name is 'Grand Canal Soap', and can be purchased from Amazon for just under £8 - well worth the investment as it seems to work wonders.

In the comments, others said it was the scrubbing motion that helped as well, and the cleaning whizz also suggested cutting it up and putting it in the washing machine.

She wrote: "You can cut it into pieces with a knife and put it in the washing machine, but I suggest you wash it by hand, it will clean up a lot."

"Need", someone commented.

"Buy it for me", another demanded, as they tagged their pal.
