Christian Pulisic has continued to update fans on his return to Chelsea fitness as he nears competitive action. The American has been sidelined since being taken off as a first half substitute against Manchester City on January 5, picking up yet another injury.
The blow came at exactly the wrong time for Pulisic as Chelsea's injury crisis would have seen him get a run at consistent game time. As it happens this is now the fourth time he has missed at least five matches due to a knock in his three and a half years at the club.
It is also the third time he's gone ten games without playing too, an indication of his wider fitness problems since moving to London in 2019. Now, with his future in doubt and an expected move away in the summer, Pulisic has responded to the latest fitness update from the club.

Having returned to training with his teammates last week, Pulisic has once more been seen at Cobham, pictured passing a ball in a session. The imaged, posted by Chelsea's Instagram account with the caption 'Charging up" is the latest indication that Pulisic is getting ever closer to a return to competitive games.
His response to this boost was to share the post on his own story, giving a positive message to the USMNT fans that will be hopeful he can play a part in their CONCACAF Nations League fixtures later this month.
Before being in contention for Gregg Berhalter's team he will first be aiming to get a headstart, with Chelsea in action three times before that break there is a small window for Pulisic to target. With just one goal and two assists in all club competitions this season he actually has the same for his country, a demonstration of how things are playing out.
"We've had a good week's training, everyone is available pretty much apart from N'Golo [Kante] and Christian Pulisic," Potter said before the trip to Tottenham on Sunday. "They are making progress, joining the warm-ups, and they will be more integrated next week. So that is good."
With last summer seeing interest coming his way from Juventus, AC Milan and Manchester United it may well be a case of playing for personal pride as much as anything else for Pulisic in the next six months.
