Chelsea striker David Datro Fofana has mysteriously dodged a driving ban despite his second conviction of the year for getting behind the wheel of his £100,000 Cadillac without a licence.
The 22-year-old, who is currently playing on loan in Turkey, received eight penalty points on his provisional licence in October over an incident when police caught him driving alone and without insurance for the car.
