A disability campaigner who was paralysed from the chest down died after her microlight crashed while filming a TV series for Apple, an inquest has heard.

Claire Lomas, 44, who was the first person to complete a marathon with the help of a “bionic” suit, died five weeks after the adapted aircraft she was travelling in “veered off the runway” and hit a large rock while landing in Amman, Jordan.
