A Place in the Sun's Ben Hillman managed to wow his potential buyers many times over during Monday's episode.
As a new series got underway, the host was in Valencia where he was on hand to help newlyweds Des and Julie find their dream home in the town of Oliva. With a budget of £105,000 they were looking to buy their first property together.
They wanted a minimum of three bedrooms so their extended family could come and visit, as well as somewhere with a great view. When Ben asked if they had any wiggle room in their budget, they said they had "a little".

First up was a three-bed townhouse on the market for just over £108,000. With a roof terrace boasting great views, and a courtyard garden, Des and Julie appeared to be smitten.
Julie said: "We love it, we love it" before agreeing it was a contender. Similarly property two, a three-bedroom house with original Spanish décor, seemed to win the pair over as well.
But when it came to the third property, Des declared it to be "scrumptious" and said it was even better than the previous two. The five-bedroom house had a huge roof terrace with dining area and great views of Sant Francesc.
Viewers at home were in agreement. Taking to Twitter, Lydia said: "Best views ever [heart-eyes emoji]", while @mostlystupid said: "Pretty nice this one", and Laura said: "Stunning that, imagine having your dinner out there".
Ben showed the newlyweds a further two homes, but neither could beat property number three. When it came to making a decision, they said they wanted to make an offer of £108,000, some £11,000 lower than the asking price.
The agent came back and refused the offer, however a counter-offer of £112,000 was accepted and Des and Julie bagged their dream home.
