Ange Postecoglu has addressed recent rumours surrounding a move from Celtic to Tottenham this summer that could see him take the vacant managerial role. Spurs are on the hunt for a new head coach once again following the dismissal of Antonio Conte over two-months ago.
Cristian Stellini was handed the interim role until he was also dismissed in favour of Ryan Mason, who will lead the Lilywhites until the end of the current campaign. However planning for the future is needed as Daniel Levy is missing both a managerial figure and a director of football following an exit for Fabio Paratici.
"Of course I think there is work because we have a big squad, a lot of players on loan and decisions to make," Mason said on the upcoming challenges facing the club. "First of all there is a lot of decisions to make about our current squad. That's probably the priority.

"I think the most important work is probably away from the transfer window right now because you need a manager in place, you need commitment, you need an idea to know where you go. You can't do transfer business without a manager because it might not fit his idea. At the moment I believe we need an idea of what we want to do, who we want to be and stick to it. Recruit people for that and ultimately recruit players for that."
Plenty of options have been discussed such as Julian Nagelsmann and Arne Slot, both of whom now seem very unlikely to take the role after recent developments. It means the targets switch and the latest one on the agenda appears to be Celtic boss Ange Postecoglu.
The Australian has managed to restore his side to title glory once again, wrestling back control in Scotland from Glasgow rivals Rangers. With interest naturally coming as a result of his success, some suggested that comments over his future were cryptic heading into the summer.
Postecoglu addressed that claim, telling Sky Sports: "I've been pretty straightforward [about the rumours], there's nothing cryptic in my messages. We've got one game to go. I'm not talking about next year until we win next week. That's our goal, we've got to win this cup.
"I'm not going to pass up the opportunity to do something special, to win a Treble. I know people have done it and greater things but I'm not going to look past that. I really want us to finish strong. It's not going to be an easy game, it's a cup final. We're determined to get it done."
