CCTV released over Stockwood burglary that happened in January

Police have released CCTV footage of a man they want to identify in relation to a burglary that happened near Bristol nearly nine months ago. Avon and Somerset Police believe the man has information which could aid their investigation into the incident which took place on Wednesday, January 12.

The man in the CCTV is described as wearing a long, black coat and leather gloves. He was carrying a checked rucksack.

At around 3.20pm, a man entered the victim’s property in Stockwood. He then threatened the occupants.

He made off with a mobile phone before fleeing the scene. One person suffered minor injuries during the incident.

Anyone who can help should call 101 and give the call handler the reference number 5222009145. Alternatively complete the online appeals form.
