A place in the Ulster minor football championship is on the line as Cavan take on Derry today.
Derry got to this stage thanks to 2-11 to 1-09 victory over Donegal in the quarter-finals but it came at a price as their captain and talisman Ryan McNicholl was forced off with a season-ending injury.
The injury came after McNicholl scores a sensational goal, and the loss of the young Glenullin player is a big blow to Derry.
But they should be inspired by the senior team who are into the Ulster final themselves in what seems to be a really promising period for Derry football.
Their opponents, Cavan, have shown themselves to have a formidable attack.
A 13-point victory margin over Antrim was very impressive, and they will fancy their chances of making the final.
The match is scheduled for a 5pm throw-in and will be streamed live on TG4's Youtube page, with their coverage beginning at 4.55pm.
