Castle Park View apartments Bristol to be managed by property firm Principle

A property fim has been appointed to manage an apartment block in the same complex as Bristol’s tallest residential building.

Principle Estate Management has been instructed to a block of 75 flats within the Castle Park View scheme, which includes a 26-storey tower that overlooks the city centre’s largest urban green space.

The contract to manage the properties has come from Abri Homes, part of the Abri Group, one of the south’s largest housing providers.

This is the third development in Bristol that Abri has commissioned Principle to manage, following on from a development on Dean Street and another on the site of the former Speedwell Swimming Baths.

Joe Jobson, joint managing director at Principle, said: “We are really pleased to get our third instruction from Abri, and it was great to have worked with them on this development from a very early stage.

“We have been busy setting up all service contracts and reviewing all paperwork including warranties, commissioning certification and service specification for all services.

“We now look forward to meeting with residents to make sure that they all enjoy living in what is a vibrant location in the heart of Bristol city centre.”

Sean Gill, management company manager from Abri Homes, said: “We’ve been impressed with the quality of services and customer focus provided by Principle at other Abri developments in Bristol and are please to be working with them at Castle Park View.

“It’s important to us to have a property management company who wants to work closely with both us and our residents, and we feel confident that Principle is the right company to do this well.”

BusinessLive understands the remainder of the Castle Park view estate including the high rise block will be taken care of by Savills.

With offices in Birmingham and London, Principle now has approximately 50 staff and looks after nearly 9,000 property units in more than 250 developments across the UK.
