The Celebrity Gogglebox star - who flashed her toned abs over the weekend - has taken to Instagram once again to show off her jawdropping figure and explain how she achieved it, as she begins to wrap up a two-week fitness and wellness retreat in Portugal.
Carol, 61, told her 239,000 followers on Thursday [August 18] how she has dropped over a dress size since first flying over to the bootcamp from the U.K, while her pal doing the fitness challenge alongside her has gone down two dress sizes!
