Cardi B didn’t mince words about a controversial video of the Dalai Lama kissing a young boy on the lips and asking the boy to “suck my tongue.”
The Grammy Award-winning hip-hop superstar unleashed a slew of expletives denouncing the Buddhist spiritual leader — even going as far as to liken his actions to a sexual predator.
“This world is full of predators,” she first wrote on Twitter Monday. “They prey on the innocent. The ones who are most unknowing, our children.”
“Predators could be our neighbors, our school teachers, even people with money, power and our churches,” Cardi B continued, then warned parents to: “Constantly talk with your kids about boundaries and what they shouldn’t allow people to do to them.”
After some social media blowback about her remarks, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper said it was “craziness” that she was “getting dragged up and down because I’m telling parents to be careful (of) people that prey on children…”
Some even called the Bronx-born mother of two the “wrong messenger,” given her past life as a stripper who has admitted to drugging and robbing men.
Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, was less polite with her response to those comments.
“When it comes to f—ing weird ass predators, and rapists, and pedophiles and s— … I don’t play that s—,” she began in an Instagram story video.
“Robbing and raping is two different type of s—,” she maintained. “So don’t f—ing call me no rapist, don’t call me no f—ing predator.”
The “Hustlers” star added, “I’m the right messenger ‘cause I’m a f—ing mom. I’m a f—ing woman. I’m a girl that as a teenager my body got f—ing abused. I don’t talk about that s— because it’s like, that’s another story for another time.”
On Monday, a representative for the 87-year-old Tibetan religious figure apologized for the incident in a statement.
“His Holiness often teases people he meets in an innocent and playful way, even in public and before cameras,” read Monday’s statement. “He regrets the incident.”
The unidentified boy and his family have not made any public statements since the event in February.
