Canopy Growth Corporation (NASDAQ:CGC) (TSX:WEED) is creating a new U.S.-domiciled holding company, Canopy USA, LLC. Canopy USA will hold the company's U.S. cannabis investments, which will enable it to exercise rights to acquire Acreage, Wana and Jetty.
