Riley Hamilton has etched his name alongside other Canberran's memorable moments at Manuka Oval.
He was part of the GWS Giants' stunning 21-point victory that ended ladder-leading Fremantle's 14-game winning streak.
Relive all the action in the blog below.
Josh Bruce kicked the first goal in GWS's first ever game at Manuka Oval.
Tom Green kicked the match-winner against Hawthorn two years ago.
Now Riley Hamilton's joined his fellow Canberrans with a memorable moment of his own - dropping the first F-bomb in his post-match interview following his debut.
But more importantly, he also impressed Giants coach Adam Kingsley with the unselfish work he did that might go unseen.
There was his strong tackle that forced a turnover with the ball spilling to his captain Toby Greene, who snapped one of his three goals.
He also had a couple of shots on goal, dragging one to the left from in front that would've been the icing on the cake in GWS's 21-point victory over Fremantle at Manuka Oval on a sunny Saturday afternoon.
It snapped a three-game losing streak for the Giants, but more importantly it ended the Docker's 14-game winning streak that had them clear at the top of the AFL ladder.
Hamilton's post-game slip was born out of pure youthful exuberance and simply highlighted his excitement following his debut.
Plus, it showed the awe he held fellow Giants forward Jake Stringer in, after Stringer kicked a career-high seven goals in a match-winning effort.
