LUCKNOW: BSP’s Shah Alam alias Guddu Jamali, who finished third in the three-cornered fight in Azamgarh parliamentary bypoll, said he accepts his defeat and will continue to lay ground for the party for the coming 2024 general elections.

“Our message did not reach the people as it should have been. Our party chief did whatever was possible. I accept the people’s verdict,” he said.
