Brooks Nader underwent lifeguard training in preparation for her role in Baywatch.

The 29-year-old beauty stars alongside the likes of Stephen Amell, Shay Mitchell, and Livvy Dunne in the much-anticipated Baywatch reboot, and Brooks has revealed that she and her co-stars became "full certified lifeguards" in preparation for the TV show.
