Los Angeles Lakers' young player Bronny James has been listed as doubtful for the team's upcoming game against the Utah Jazz on Tuesday night due to a bruised left heel. The injury was not previously disclosed by the Lakers before being included on the injury report on Monday.

Bronny James, who is the 20-year-old son of NBA superstar LeBron James, has been playing for both the Lakers and their G League affiliate, the South Bay Lakers, since the G League season began earlier this month. In his limited NBA playing time, he has appeared in five games, scoring four points in a total of 16 minutes on the court. Additionally, he has played extensively in two G League games.

Bronny has also played in two G League games.

Most recently, Bronny scored four points on 2-for-10 shooting while playing 25 minutes for the South Bay Lakers in a game against Stockton on Sunday night. He had previously scored six points in the team's season opener, with his parents in attendance at the Lakers' training complex.

LeBron and Bronny James made history last month as the first father and son duo to play in the NBA at the same time, both for the Los Angeles Lakers. However, they have yet to share significant playing time together on the court, with Bronny's appearances mostly coming in the closing minutes of games that have already been decided.

Despite Bronny's injury, the Lakers have been performing well this season with a record of 9-4, including five consecutive wins and a perfect 6-0 record at home. LeBron James, in his remarkable 22nd NBA season, has been in top form, recording four consecutive triple-doubles before the streak ended in the Lakers' recent victory over New Orleans.

In addition to Bronny James, the Lakers may also be without starting forward Rui Hachimura for the game against the Jazz, as he has missed the team's last two games due to an ankle injury. However, Coach JJ Redick mentioned that Hachimura is making progress and there is hope that he will return to practice during the team's upcoming three-game homestand.
