New figures have revealed that homes sell quicker in Bristol than any other city in the UK. The numbers show that properties listed on Rightmove take an average of 105 days to be sold here – almost a week quicker than the second quickest, Leeds, at 110 days.
Self storage firm Pink Storage analysed data from 405 British postcodes across 23 cities, to determine the best places in which to invest in property. As well as being the best city for investors overall, Bristol is home to three of the top ten quickest-selling UK postcodes.
Properties in BS34 are the quickest to sell at 29 days from listing to sale, on average, putting the postcode seventh in the UK-wide rankings. BS31 came ninth at 34 days while BS3 came tenth at 35 days.
