Bristol City have confirmed talented duo Seb Palmer-Houlden and Tommy Backwell have agreed new contract extensions with the club until 2024.
On what is expected to be a welcome quiet transfer deadline day for the Robins, City have looked to the future by tying their two top prospects down to contracts for at least another two years.
It was only in May that both Palmer-Houlden and Backwell signed new one-year contracts so extending their stays by an extra year less than four months later only emphasises how highly regarded they are among coaching staff at the club.
