Watchdog investigating police visit to Nicola Bulley’s home before she went missing

The police watchdog will investigate contact between Nicola Bulley and Lancashire Police before the mum of two went missing.

The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) said it had launched an inquiry into the force’s contact with Ms Bulley 17 days before she was last seen alive.
