A TikTok video posted by What’s Cracking America (@whats_cracking_america) showed a tense hospital-room exchange that the account framed as happening five hours after a C-section. The video has drawn 2.3 million views, 232,100 likes, and more than 3,000 comments. On-screen text in the clip read, “Dealing with racism 5 hours after having a C-section.”
The footage showed a nurse in teal scrubs and a mask standing beside a clear plastic bassinet that held a newborn. A security guard in a dark uniform stood farther back in the hallway. A woman, mostly off-screen and identified in the post as the mother, could be heard saying, “I want, I want, I want my baby.”
