BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad on Saturday said that attempts to create anarchy had failed. He asserted that India would be governed through Parliament and not through street protests.

His remarks came amid the Cockroach Janta Party's (CJP) call for protests at Jantar Mantar in Delhi.
