Jensen Huang was asked about Anthropic's standoff with the Pentagon. He answered with a line about his own phone. "CEOs who are not elected officials, I'm not an elected official, and when the United States goes to war, I would really appreciate not getting a phone call asking whether my technology ought to be used," the Nvidia (NVDA) chief executive said.
Huang said it at the Milken Institute Global Conference in early May 2026, in a fireside conversation with CNBC's Becky Quick.
