Saifai (Etawah): Samajwadi Party candidate Dimple Yadav on Thursday met uncle Shivpal Yadav regarding the bypoll for Mainpuri Lok Sabha seat. Dimple Yadav's husband and former UP CM Akhilesh Yadav and former MP Dharmendra Yadav were also present on the occasion. During the meeting, Shivpal Yadav blessed daughter-in-law Dimple Yadav for winning the Mainpuri seat.

The Mainpuri bypoll was necessitated due to the demise of Samajwadi Party patriarch Mulayam Singh Yadav. Dimple Yadav is the Samajwadi Party candidate from here.
Voting for the bypoll is scheduled to be held on 5 December and the counting of votes will be taken up on 8 December.
During the meeting with Shivpal Yadav, various strategies were discussed about the Mainpuri election campaign and the victory with huge margin.
