Musa Motha and Amy Lou became the first confirmed Britain's Got Talent finalists tonight - but fans found themselves distracted by an awkward Simon Cowell blunder.
Talented dancer Musa, 27, was sent straight through to the final by viewers, so it went down to the judges' vote.
Ukelele musician and school teacher Abi Carter-Simpson and sunbed receptionist-turned-singer Amy Lou went up against one another.
As the judges struggled to decide, it went to the public vote and Amy Lou came second in the public vote.
But fans were left distracted by a cringey moment courtesy of poor judge Simon.
Thirsty, Simon went to take a sip from his straw... and missed in dramatic fashion.
Unsurprisingly, fans flocked to Twitter to comment, with one tweeting: "The highlight of tonight's show was Simon not being able to find his straw #BGT."
While another commented: "Simon and his straw, @antanddec falling on stage, Bruno getting the name wrong, welcome back #BGT."
A third quipped: "Simon just created a meme with the glass/straw, I’m sure. #BGT."
Among those who also performed tonight included Gamal John, 36, who wowed the judges with his rendition of James Brown classic It's A Man's Man's World.
Judge Bruno Tonioli was so wowed by the audition that he whacked his golden buzzer, prompting gold confetti to rain on the stage.
Also competing in tonight's line-up was illusionist Enzo Weyne, comedian Ichikawa Koikuchi, the Parkour Collective and ballroom and Latin group United 2 Dance (KLA).
All the acts are competing for a chance at winning a life-changing £250,000 and a spot on the Royal Variety Show.
