Thanks to a dramatic comeback win by the Houston Texans, the Chicago Bears will have the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 NFL draft.
Chicago fell to the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday, while the Texans scored a touchdown and a two-point conversion in the final minute to steal a late victory from the Indianapolis Colts.
That swing puts Chicago in the top spot, while the Texans drop to No. 2 overall in this year’s draft order.
Since the Bears already have their franchise quarterback in Justin Fields, don’t be surprised if they hold a bidding war for the No. 1 pick between other teams who are looking for a star passer of their own.
