BBC MasterChef judge Gregg Wallace has been replaced by a new judge on the show, after once again going missing.
Gregg was notably absent from Thursday's episode of the hit cooking competition. His co-star John Torode then revealed that someone would be stepping in for Gregg.
John said: "You may notice that someone's missing. Sadly, Gregg is unwell. So we have invited in a special guest to help me judge. Somebody who knows this competition back to front.
"Ladies and gentleman, could you please welcome chef, restaurateur and MasterChef professionals judge - Monica Galetti." One Twitter user showed their support for the absent judge, saying: "Hurry back Gregg!!"
Another said: "I hope Gregg gets well soon. However, this episode of #MasterChef is better for his absence," reports Birmingham Live.
And a third added: "Monica standing in for Gregg? Now THAT'S an upgrade! #MasterChef #MasterChefUK."
A fourth person said: "Poorly Gregg will miss out on Linda's array of desserts. It's a shame #MasterChef #MasterChefUK."
Another, who was clearly not a fan of Mr Wallace, said: "Can we have no Gregg Wallace on #Masterchef every episode, please?"
