BBC issued a fresh announcement on Freddie Flintoff ahead of the latest Top Gear.
The popular show returned to our screens tonight after a break due to the World Cup. The legendary cricketer hosts the show alongside Paddy McGuinness and Chris Harris.
While the show has been off the air, Freddie was taken to hospital after he was involved in a car crash on the Top Gear test track. An announcement before tonight's show confirmed the episode was pre-recorded as it said: "Later than billed and filmed before Freddie's recent accident."

Paddy was on the track when the accident occured and he took to Instagram yesterday to issue an update on his co-host's condition. He said: "Had so many well wishes and positivity for the big lad this last few days.
"@aflintoff11 is loved and will be up and at um before you know it!" Fans flooded the comments to issue messages of support after Paddy's update.
Adrian said: "Get well soon Freddie"
Daniel added: "All the best Freddie."
Scott commented : "Hope Freddie gets well soon "
Jacqueline posted: "Wishing Freddie all the very best with his recovery….."
