As the presenter, 60, went about her usual report on Tuesday's show, those watching at home couldn't help but be distracted by what the green screen was displaying behind her.
While Carol explained there was a likelihood of rain in the coming hours, a cloud formation on the map appeared on the screen with viewers pointing out the formation looked exactly like a face.
