Battersea throws birthday party for dog who's spent 600 days in care

A Lurcher dog called Perry, who has been in the care of Battersea’s Old Windsor centre for over 18 months, has just celebrated his fourth birthday.

As he continues his search for his forever home, staff held a garden party for the lucky pooch, with toys, gifts and balloons.
