A baby girl born at just 24 weeks weighing half a bag of sugar has been dubbed a "living medical miracle".
Isla Tobias, who is now two, weighed only 558 grams when she was born in September 2020.
She was intubated at birth as she needed help breathing and a nasal gastric tube was inserted, but the procedure went wrong when the nasogastric (NG) tube went the wrong way.
