An Australian fashion jewellery retailer has opened up at Swansea’s Quadrant Shopping Centre as part of a UK expansion roll-out. Lovisa, renowned for its affordable, on-trend pieces, said it identified Swansea as a key area for growth in-line with the city’s ongoing, city-wide transformation.
The chain has grown significantly since it launched in 2010 and now has stores in 15 countries globally including the USA, Singapore and South Africa. It has 150 new styles delivered to stores each week and Lovisa’s in-store stylists are at hand to offer customers expert advice on current trends, styling techniques and personalised tips. Regional manager at Lovisa, India Kunvarji, said: “We are delighted to have opened our Swansea store in The Quadrant. The city’s ongoing transformation is incredible to witness, and we wanted to be part of its changing retail landscape. It’s an exciting time to be in Swansea city centre and we hope that local shoppers will love what we have to offer. Shoppers can expect a huge selection of jewellery in store, from show-stopping pieces to minimalist, contemporary items, all curated by our trend-spotting department and inspired by the runway and street style.”

The Quadrant’s centre manager, Lisa Hartley, added: “We’re so excited about Lovisa’s arrival. We’ve had to keep the news under wraps for quite some time and we’re proud to be part of the brand’s expansion story. It brings something exciting to the city centre and I’m confident that its affordable and fashionable jewellery will be a big hit for Swansea shoppers. We work hard finding brands that complement the centre’s retail mix and believe that Lovisa will offer a new dimension to our already thriving jewellery offer. Its ready-to-wear jewellery means that we can offer customers a wider range of jewellery, whatever your budget.”
The new Swansea store can be found opposite HMV and next to The Perfume Shop at the Quadrant Shopping Centre.
