Aussies snowboarders go big to make Olympic final

Olympic debutant Meila Stalker has pulled out a trick she only learnt upon  arriving in Livigno to join Beijing bronze medallist Tess Coady in the women's snowboard big air final.

Global superstars - Austrian Anna Gasser, New Zealand's Zoi Sadowski-Synnott, and Japan's Kokomo Murase - who filled the podium four years ago all qualified for the medal round on Monday (early Tuesday AEDT).
