But he looks completely different now, sporting long hair with rugged stubble on his face.
Neill keeps fans up to date with his music projects on social media, as well as his personal art work.
He first joined rock band Marseilles in 1976, with the group releasing four albums and six singles together.

When the CITV series finished its original run in 2007, Neil took most of the set home with him, where it still lives on to this day.
He previously told Daily Star : "I've got all the stuff, it's brilliant!"
Speaking of the giant paintbrushes and pencils, he also added: "One is in my daughter's bedroom, one is in my son's bedroom and three or four other pieces are actually in my studio at home."
