Arsenal and Tottenham are battling with Inter Milan for the signature of Paulo Dybala on a free transfer after leaving Juventus at the end of his contract this summer.
Both Mikel Arteta and Antonio Conte are plotting moves for the Argentinian this summer as they look to bolster their respective attacks. Arsenal, in particular, are in need of reinforcements with Alexandre Lacazette set to depart for Lyon in the coming weeks, leaving Eddie Nketiah as his sole option in attack.
While Spurs boast an impressive front three, beyond Harry Kane, Dejan Kulusevski and Son Heung-min there is little in the way of depth at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. They have already acted in the transfer window, however, bringing in Ivan Perisic in on a free transfer.

Dybala was in London on Wednesday night as Argentina took on Italy at Wembley, with the 28-year-old scoring the third goal in a 3-0 win. After the game, he was asked about his future after reports emerged linking him with a move to Inter Milan this summer. But the striker instead left the door open for a move to England.
"I am quite calm. The people who I work with are taking care [of it]," he told ESPN after Argentina's 'Finalissima' clash with Italy at Wembley. "In Italy, I am very comfortable, [but] I would still like to know other leagues like the Premier League [and] La Liga. But I'm happy in Italy."
Arsenal have been linked with a number of big-name strikers this season including Dybala. Atletico Madrid's Alvaro Morata, Manchester City's Gabriel Jesus and Roma's Tammy Abraham are just three of the forwards rumoured to be targeted by Edu and Arteta.
