A 33-foot mobile clinic parked at Observatory Park in Upper Darby this week and began giving catch-up vaccines to families ahead of the school year. Three people were vaccinated that first day. Cases are concentrated in Lancaster and Lebanon counties, with spread into Chester County, and the state of Delaware declared its own outbreak in Kent County this month.
