Dearborn, Mich. - In a surprising turn of events, Arab American voters in Dearborn, Michigan, played a significant role in helping Donald Trump secure victory in the state and ultimately reclaim the presidency. Despite being a Democratic stronghold, nearly half of Dearborn's 110,000 residents of Arab descent opted to support Trump over Vice President Kamala Harris in the recent election.

The shift in voter sentiment was attributed to concerns over the Biden-Harris administration's unwavering support for Israel during the conflict in Gaza. Many Arab Americans in the region felt disillusioned by Harris' stance and were unable to fully support her candidacy.
