Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte has confirmed Ryan Sessegnon is out of Saturday's clash with Leeds United, while late decisions will be made on Richarlison and Dejan Kulusevski. Sessegnon played the full 90 minutes of Spurs' 2-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest on Wednesday but is unavailable against the Whites with a minor issue.
Kulusevski and Richarlison, meanwhile, both played the final half an hour at the City Ground in their respective returns from injury. The former spent well over a month on the sidelines with a hamstring injury but made his comeback off the bench against Liverpool on Sunday.
Richarlison had been absent for three weeks up until Wednesday night due to an ankle injury, with both set to be in the squad again on Saturday. Conte, though, is unsure whether either will be fit enough to start against Leeds.
Via Football London, he said: "About Sessegnon, today he didn't train with us. He had a little problem and he's not available for tomorrow's game. Richarlison and Kulusevski have another training session before we decide about the starting XI."
Depending on the fitness of those two, Conte could revert back to his favoured 3-4-3 formation at the weekend. Ivan Perisic has started each of the last two matches alongside Harry Kane, but will be needed back at left-wing-back in Sessegnon's absence.
From the side that started in the cup, Hugo Lloris, Emerson Royal, Ben Davies and Rodrigo Bentancur could all come back into the XI. Here is how Spurs could line-up.
Predicted XI: Lloris; Sanchez, Dier, Davies; Emerson, Bentancur, Hojbjerg, Perisic; Kulusevski, Kane, Richarlison
