An entire row of shops in Mangotsfield on sale for £2.2 million

A row of six shops has gone up for sale in Mangotsfield, with the owner seeking offers in the region of £2.2 million. The collection of properties in northeast Bristol also includes five two-bed flats and one one-bed flat, over the ground and first floors.

Current occupants include a Tesco Express, barber shop, fish and chip shop, pizzeria and hair salon. Described as a “freehold, mixed parade with six commercial units and six flats”, it also boasts gated access to the rear for private parking and deliveries, plus parking in front for customers.

And, being situated in a “heavily residential area at the junction of Mangotsfield Road, Rodway Hill Road, St James Street and Cossham Street”, there are plenty of potential customers living nearby.

The unusual offer is listed on Rightmove , managed by property consultancy firm Prideview Group, who note that enterprising landlords could expect to make around £148,000 in rent per year from their purchase.
